Meet Your House Mom
Crystal Murphy is the Owner/Manager/House Mom at Campus View Suites, adjacent to Colorado Mesa University. With over 20-years of property management experience, she has learned the value of keeping properties in excellent condition and being responsive to resident’s needs.
Since the residents of Campus View Suites are college students – many of whom are living on their own for the first time – she makes it a point to be readily available to resolve any issue.
The House Mom lives within 15-minutes of Campus View Suites. She is quickly available in an emergency, or to provide help and direction when it’s needed. She’s not your mother, and she’s not a Dorm R.A., she is somewhere in between: Serving as a non-intrusive resource when called upon.
